- aspire Behaviour Management is currently on the lookout for a School Office Administrator, to support the Directors with the running of the business
Requirements
- level 2 or equivalent qualification related to Administration
- experience of working in a school office or busy office
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong organisational skills
- ability to respond and engage with children appropriately
- ability to work flexibly and proactively
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to build professional, effective working relationships
Responsibility
- attending weekly staff meetings
- assisting HR and Recruitment administration
- updating welcome display board
- reception duties – answering and fielding calls, responding to queries, taking messages along with data
- monitoring budgets – petty cash and classroom budgets
