Responsibility
- collaborate with Commercial delivery and Marketing teams to shape and lead the sales strategy for commercial digital skills courses
- develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
- work with clients to identify their needs & requirements, recognising opportunities for further account growth
- responsible for the achievement of digital skills sales targets and KPIs, continually exploring opportunities for development
- develop new business through a range of sales techniques
- analyse and report on all sales identified in the plan, identifying trends and implementing actions to improve
- provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- maximise all cross selling and upselling opportunities promoting the A2B portfolio of products and services
Requirements
- experience in learning and development sales, ideally focussing on digital and/or work based learning
- proven, successful track record in business development and network growth
- experience within the skills sector
- excellent knowledge of sales process, analysis and metrics
- experience of b2b sales and developing C-Level relationships
- strong business development and organisation skills
- welsh speaker
- good people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
