Requirements
- experience in the support of vulnerable adults, substance misusers and homeless people
- knowledge of welfare benefits and statutory service entitlements for the client groups
- staff management and supervision experience within a similar support environment
- knowledge of supported housing management
Responsibility
- responsible to: Support Services Manager
- hours: 37.5 per week
- to work with the Administration Assistant and Support Workers to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative operation of the service
- in conjunction with the Project Manager to manage and co-ordinate staffing arrangements within the service
- to ensure supported housing management policy and procedure is correctly implemented by staff within the service
- to ensure that daily logs and communication books are properly maintained within the Service
- any other tasks commensurate with the grade
- to ensure that all service users understand their licence agreement and to provide advice and support to service users and staff on the significance and administration of such agreements where necessary
