Responsibility
part of a team of 3 dedicated to the Account
overall responsibility for the Key Account and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders on client site
responsible for Sourcing & managing consumables/merchandise
overall supervision of stock management, including back orders and additional production requirements. Working closely with the Merchandising team in Hong Kong
responsible for relationship, communication and processes involved with ordering and item call-offs
responsible for relationship, communication and processes involved with UK supplier ordering and item call-offs
responsible for relationship, communication and processes involved with stock reports/invoicing checks
responsible for updating stock forecast documentation and bi-weekly stock forecast call with the Supply Chain Team
Requirements
experience in the promotional goods industry/ procurement industry
to have a strong team attitude
excellent oral and written communication skills
first class, effective organisational skills
A pro-active approach to managing projects
experience of working as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
