Responsibility

  • ashden is seeking a change manager to work across our organisation during a period of major growth
  • this includes assessing the budgetary impact of proposed changes
  • specific tasks will include introducing new internal communications processes, creating training plans, coaching managers and supervisors, and potentially supporting organisational restructuring
  • ashden's mission is to accelerate transformative climate solutions and build a more just world. Our awards, campaigns, networks and analysis support climate innovation in the UK and Global South
  • the role holder will need extensive experience in impact assessment processes, business readiness and gap analysis
  • but with the arrival of new funding, workstreams and leadership, we’re asking how to make our organisation as effective and impactful as possible
  • they will also have experience delivering cultural and organisational change, and liaising with staff, management, and partners to maximise adoption
  • we are seeking someone with a practical understanding of formal change management principles and methodology
