Responsibility

  • we are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated individual to join our growing team
  • the role requires a highly motivated and tenacious person to join our friendly administration department
  • this is a varied role incorporating elements of administration and sales
  • take incoming calls, answer queries and direct accordingly
  • assist the admin team in quotations and booking in jobs
  • follow up “warm” leads from CPD presentations and lapsed quotes via telephone
  • examine any declined quotes and record this to identify trends
  • build strong relationships with all clients and acting as a key point of contact
