Responsibility

  • wages are dependent on experience and therefore will be discussed on an individual basis
  • we are looking for a qualified tyre fitter to join our company, we are a small family run business based in Ashburton
  • we are looking for a apprentice mechanic/tyre fitter to join our company, we are a small family run business based in Ashburton
  • you will be not only responsible for fitting tyres but also battery replacement, exhaust repairs, keeping the workshop clean and tidy, stock management and wheel alignment
  • your job role will include assisting the senior mechanics and tyre fitters, learn to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. Good customer skills are essential
  • previous experience is desirable, however it is not essential. Wages are dependent on experience and therefore will be discussed on an individual basis
  • the job will be full time and spread over 6 days, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 and Saturday 8:30-1:00
