- we have an exciting opportunity for a lettings manager to grow our team
- we offer uncapped OTE\*\*\
- specialising within Student Lettings & Residential Management, you will work within a team of negotiators and administrators ensuring successful management of a portfolio and maintaining excellent service to existing tenants and landlords
- ashbrookes is a fast growing business dealing with exclusive student/residential portfolios, so if you are from a student lettings Admin background this could be just the job for you
- updating rental spreadsheet and occupancy spreadsheets
- carrying out viewings, references and managing tenancies as and when required
- training and developing new staff as required
Requirements
- previous experience in property management or lettings is highly preferred
- strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools
- knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations
- attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lease agreements and other documentation
- ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- team management: 2 years
