Responsibility
- coordinate and manage the monthly payroll process for the entire organisation
- produce accurate payment schedule for the payroll bureaus to produce net payments per employee
- report month-on-month changes to payments to the Group Finance Director
- ensure the company benefits programmes are managed efficiently and effectively and liaise with providers
- maintain all employee payroll and tax records
- submit payroll reports to Finance
- manage payroll systems and suggest improvements
- liaise with HR regarding new joiners, leavers and contract changes affecting salaries
