Responsibility

  • provide continual support to, and manage the development of, direct reports
  • ensure delivery of OBM services, comply with company values and obsessions
  • P&L Management for the OBM business, including service delivery, forecasting, planning, cost/margin control
  • timely and accurate reporting, in line with stated business requirements
  • develop and increase OBM business levels, working with Business Development and Key Account Managers as required
  • delivery of excellent customer service and building rapport with clients to gain continuous business and referrals
  • appropriate communication and addressing any variances
  • building lasting relationships with contractors, workforce and Clients including site visits
