Responsibility
- implement the Ascential brand identity system across all touch points, working in close collaboration with colleagues across the group
- produce a wide range of design collateral across digital and print
- design creative and impactful presentation decks for key events
- manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines
- maintain and organise a library of brand assets, ensuring easy accessibility for internal stakeholders
- ensure and maintain brand consistency throughout all visual elements
- support the growth of Ascential’s social media profiles through the creation of visually engaging content
- this list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver
Requirements
- minimum 4 years experience as a Brand Designer, either agency or brand side
- excellent communication skills, adept at effectively conveying design solutions to stakeholders without a design background
- passionate about design fundamentals and possess exceptional visual design skills
- well-informed about the graphic design industry and up-to-date with the latest trends
- capable of working under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight and frequently changing deadlines
- ability to generate innovative ideas, implement impactful designs, and drive project progress
- all applications must include a link to previous work examples or a portfolio
