- client Support: Assist financial advisers in preparing for client meetings, including the production of reports, financial plans, and recommendations
- administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing client files and updating client records
- communication: Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, answer queries, and provide updates on their financial plans
Requirements
- strong analytical and numerical skills
- fully competent in desktop applications
- excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- experience with FE Analytics preferred but not essential as Training offered
- high attention to detail and organisational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a financial administrator or related role
- administrative: 1 year
