Responsibility

  • provide technical support to clients via various channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems
  • diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • collaborate closely with developers and other teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems
  • guide clients in using web applications, offering clear explanations and step-by-step instructions
  • maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support requests, actions taken, and issue resolutions
  • monitor website performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • perform website updates, content uploads, and basic configurations as needed
  • continuously improve support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a web development or software environment
  • strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems
  • familiarity with web hosting environments, domain management, and DNS configurations
  • experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques, as well as remote support tools
  • excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical individuals
  • self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with others
