- motivating your team in all areas of the store
- ensure strong team work and that all team members are aware of the business aims
- managing staff and any issues that arise and updating weekly rota’s
- flexible, Motivated, Commercial and a great communicator
Requirements
- the successful candidate will have a management background and ideally have experience at least Assistant Manager preferably Store Management level
- minimum 2-4 years experience
- an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills managing a store team
- excellent man-management skills
- extensive operational experience, sound business acumen and managed sales targets
- motivated and driven in your approach
