Responsibility
- assisting with resource management and flagging potential resource conflicts using our project management tools
- support relevant team members to drive project delivery, meet client needs and invoice on schedule
- maintain project documentation, for example risk registers and project reviews
- maintain up to date and accurate information on project progress, actions, and milestones
- collate accurate and timely information across projects, making it available to relevant team members
- provide regular updates to clients
- arrange internal and external project meetings
- managing regular project reviews with project team members to review project scope, budgets, and scheduling. Flag potential issues to senior management
Requirements
- the successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- an understanding of project management principles, methods, and processes
- solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and managing a high workload with conflicting priorities
- possess strong inter-personal and teamwork skills
- excellent communication skills
- experience of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- experience in cloud-based project management tools
