Responsibility

  • manage AAG specialists’ employment contracts by ensuring they are signed and filed in a timely manner
  • perform background checks on specialists, business services and some clients using AML platform
  • work with AAG specialists to track and monitor valuation deadlines and ensure payments are obtained within given timeframes
  • builds and maintains a positive working relationship with AAG specialists, stakeholders, and other connected businesses
  • co-ordination of all valuations/buying/selling enquiries & live projects
  • following up on valuations/ buying/ selling for AAG and CRS Fine Arts Ltd
  • ensure follow-up and coordination of all enquiries for valuations/buying/selling, and live projects
  • AAG main point of contact for specialists and clients

Requirements

  • need to be efficient, good with people, and highly personable
  • plan, organise, conduct and direct major administrative activities of a business
  • communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • analyse and interpret business data
  • maintain the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct
