Responsibility
A part time office administrator/bookkeeper is required for a well established Farm Shop and Café Diner near Worksop
use Sage 50 software to carry out full sales and purchase leger transactions for suppliers/ invoicing
prepare and manage quarterly VAT returns and payments
entering all bank transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliation
prepare monthly and yearly management accounts in liaison with accountant
general office duties including email, filing, ordering office supplies/ stationary
this is an integral role and the ideal candidate will have proven accounts experience with attention to detail and will be responsible for full administration duties for the company
this is a part time role of 16 hrs per week - days and hours can be flexible but not remote working
