Responsibility
- to respond to customer enquiries providing the latest technical information ensuring an excellent customer service experience
- to provide servicing, repair and after sales technical support for all ARRI associated equipment including digital cameras, PCA Professional Camera Accessories, ECS Electronic Control Systems, CSS Camera Stabiliser Systems and lenses while maintaining and/or exceeding the Company’s high standards
Requirements
- analogue camera knowledge is advantageous
- previous and proven experience as an engineer/ technician is essential including experience in repairing and
- testing digital cameras, lenses and accessories down to component level
- A qualification in General Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
- candidates must also be able to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills
- the successful applicant will be self-motivated and highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure that we continue to meet customers’ expectations and improve service levels
