  • ability to undertake multi-disciplinary projects on listed and historic buildings/structures
  • carrying out contract management and contract administration
  • preparing applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent
  • speaking with and dealing with clients, including site visits and conducting surveys/inspections on listed and historic buildings/structures

Requirements

  • relevant qualification and/or experience
  • architectural services including preparation of drawings, schedules of work and specifications
  • project management
  • experience of designing, detailing and relevant Building Regulations
  • professional, organised and thorough approach to work with attention to detail
  • passion for conservation and traditional architecture
  • architecture: 2 years
  • excellent communication skills and temworking
