this is a junior position and some office experience would be preferable but not essential
we welcome applications from all backgrounds including applicants seeking their first job
we have an opening for a junior administrator to learn the ropes in our busy hire centre, progressing to become an integral part of our current experienced hire team
office duties will be varied including a significant level of telephone contact to re-establish client contact, generate new hires and process ongoing hires, customer requests and queries
you will be required to process and maintain hire paperwork to ensure compliance, displaying a methodical approach to work resulting in timely completion of tasks
reporting to: National Sales Manager
working Hours: Monday – Friday / 9am – 5.00pm / ½ Hour Unpaid Lunch
full training will be provided but we ask that you are naturally customer focused, outgoing with a confident disposition including a friendly, professional telephone manner
