- exemplary interpersonal skills, embodying professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues
- proficiency in the operation of gardening tools, equipment, and relevant software applications
- relevant horticultural certifications or academic credentials are desirable

Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Responsibility
- lead and mentor a team of garden and landscape maintenance professionals, setting standards of excellence and providing ongoing guidance
- conduct routine assessments to identify plant health issues, pest infestations, and opportunities for enhancement
- manage and oversee the inventory, maintenance, and availability of tools, equipment, and essential supplies
- foster constructive client relationships, offering authoritative insights on garden and landscape preservation and care
- monitor, evaluate, and optimise team performance, productivity
- your leadership will be instrumental in orchestrating tasks, working to and contributing to maintenance schedules, and ensuring the optimal health and aesthetics of clients' gardens and landscapes
- collaborate seamlessly to and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules, encompassing tasks such as grass cutting and lawn treatment, hedge cutting, weeding, pruning, planting, fertilisation, irrigation, and pest management
