Responsibility

  • we are seeking to recruit a full-time Lettings Property Manager to join our team
  • hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • property inventories
  • checking tenants in and out of a property
  • carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections
  • the successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone
  • carrying out inspections, inventories, check ins/check outs, viewings
  • handling of end of tenancy deposits and disputes

Requirements

  • driving licence
  • customer service skills
  • strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask to deadlines
  • full UK driving license
  • confident at dealing with clients both in person, over the phone and in writing
  • A strong preference for experience of a property management department
  • able to work without supervision when required
  • professional, reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic approach
