the successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone
carrying out inspections, inventories, check ins/check outs, viewings
handling of end of tenancy deposits and disputes

driving licence
customer service skills
strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask to deadlines

A strong preference for experience of a property management department
able to work without supervision when required
professional, reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic approach
self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
