Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • significant experience in operational management, ideally in the adaptation, health, or social care sectors
  • strong leadership and people management skills are essential
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A strong track record in managing compliance to strict regulations, policies and procedures
  • ability to work independently and make sound decisions, take the initiative to identify and resolve problems whilst managing multiple priorities
  • knowledge of the adaptation legislation and regulations in the UK

Responsibility

  • manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and adaptation professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients and customers
  • develop and execute strategies and programs to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of adaptation services
  • build, develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including clients, suppliers, government agencies and other partners
  • ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, and ensure all adaptations programs are delivered according to customer needs and requirements
  • monitor and manage budget, resources, and performance indicators to ensure delivery of results in line with company policy and customer expectations
  • provide advice and support to customers and clients throughout the adaptation process, ensuring they are fully involved and satisfied with the outcome
  • keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, ensuring that the company is well-positioned to respond to changing customer needs and requirements
