Responsibility
review any outstanding customer orders daily and prioritise, identifying any urgent issues arising
work closely with the warehouse team to expedite the customer orders efficiently, physically helping where necessary
taking control of Customer Returns
to build relationships with the customers, serve their day-to-day needs with all sales enquiries, order processing, scheduling deliveries, invoicing and any product/technical queries
coordinate with purchasing to give expected delivery dates when not in stock and trouble-shoot any other solutions e.g. offering an alternative, or reprioritising the stock
keep customers informed in a proactive manner
helping to host visiting customers/suppliers
buying of sundries for the office
