Requirements
- proven experience in a supervisory role within a care home setting is essential
- strong knowledge of dementia care practices and the ability to create effective care plans
- excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- relevant qualifications in nursing or health care management would be advantageous
