Responsibility

  • \* Proactively managing payment collections, ensuring payments are in-line with terms
  • \* Making outbound calls and sending e-mails to recover outstanding debts
  • \* Building strong relationships with customers
  • \* Verification of new and existing debts
  • \*Using the factoring system to post daily transactions and produce reports as required
  • \* Support the Client Manager as required

Requirements

  • \* A minimum of 1 year work experience with an invoice finance company, bank or similar
  • business finance company
  • \* 1 years previous credit control experience is an advantage
  • \* Previous experience of business credit appraisal is an advantage
  • \* Ambitious with a desire for career progression
  • \* Determined and passionate, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • \* Proactive, organised, and motivated with great attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
