Requirements
- ✅ NMC Registered Nurse with an active PIN - Mandatory
- ✅ Minimum 1 year of UK nursing experience in a relevant care setting
- ✅ Strong understanding of elderly care, dementia, mental health conditions, and complex care needs
- ✅ Experience in medication administration and patient monitoring
- ✅ Familiarity with nursing home operations and compliance standards
- ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a compassionate approach to patient care
- ✅ Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations , including ICU, hospice, or complex care settings
- ✅ Commitment to continuous professional development , research participation, and team collaboration
