Requirements
- have at least 2 years Home Management experience
- have a NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- be passionate about mental health care
- have the right to work in the UK
- experience in managing resident occupancy and outreach with local authorities and care commissioners
- have at least 2 years’ experience in a senior management capacity in the managing of a residential care setting within the past 5 years
- care Home Management: 2 years
