check supplier details, ensuring all information is correct and confirming invoice details
liaise with customers, suppliers, and funders over the phone
act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, providing an exceptional level of customer service across all touch points and effectively and efficiently handling enquires
work in line with internal policies and compliance regulations
Requirements
previous experience gained within a customer service role would be advantageous
good administration skills with a keen eye for detail
has the confidence to handle sometimes difficult situations
strong communication skills, articulate and able to liaise at all levels
an excellent telephone manner, able to quickly build trust over the phone
understands the importance of confidentiality and compliance
