centralisation of information on compliance-related matters
assist in creation and delivery of training materials to European staff members
active participation in compliance program initiatives, projects, etc., beyond core responsibilities
perform day-to-day tasks of the Compliance Team to ensure the timely, accurate and consistent execution of the firm’s compliance obligations including conflicts management, financial crime diligence, review of marketing materials, completion of the compliance monitoring programme, Annex IV reporting, and assistance with administering Ares UK’s adherence to the Senior Manager and Certification Regime
Education
bachelor’s Degree required
advanced Degree or Certification considered a plus
Requirements

knowledge of global asset management legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry policy best practices
nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
knowledge of and experience with anti-money laundering and financial crimes regulation
flexibility regarding role profile and willingness to take on new projects and learn new skills
familiarity with reviews and interpretation of regulations
outstanding communication , presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills; strong customer focus
