Working hours

Responsibility

  • technical support delivered by phone, email or remotely from the office / Home
  • to take part in the ‘Out of Hours’ support rota
  • operations Manager
  • occasional on-site visits supporting Technical support issues
  • to help maintain the online support database: RIK
  • occasionally assist in product validation testing

Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience in a technical support role
  • A good understanding of common IT hardware systems and networks
  • A basic understanding of Electronics
  • understanding of calibration to UKAs requirements
  • A good understanding of PC software and common operating systems
  • to be able to represent the company in a friendly and helpful manner, via telephone, email and in person
  • the ability to be able to work independently and unsupervised
  • able to work under pressure with changing priorities
