Responsibility
- summarise patient notes and READ code onto clinical system
- reception duties, answering telephone, dealing with patients and other reception duties as necessary when required
- assist with the scanning of documents and workflow correspondence to the relevant members of staff
- process the practice cervical screening searches and send out smear test recall invites to eligible patients
- process the practice monthly drug searches in association with the practice contracted enhanced services
- experience of Vision system
- set up and process clinical and/or drug searches from the practice clinical system as required
- administer QOF invitation system
