Responsibility

  • processing of customer orders and enquiries to meet company targets
  • handling of emails within the Sales, eCommerce & Returns Inboxes, directly interacting with customers where necessary
  • handling of emails within the Sales, eCommerce & Returns Inboxes, directly interacting customers where necessary
  • contributing to Sales Administration / Customer Service team objectives
  • monitor the sales open order book, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time
  • working with Key Accounts, following and improving the required procedures
  • answering incoming phone calls, being proactive when there are live marketing campaigns or up-sell opportunities
  • maintaining and updating customer contact information on ERP and CRM systems

Requirements

  • attention to detail and problem solving-abilities are transferable skills the candidate will display
  • previous admin experience is essential
  • confident manner with the ability to communicate at all levels and across all media types
  • quick learner to understand systems and processes
  • able to work on own initiative
  • organised and methodical
  • sage ERP 1000 experience is advantageous but not essential
  • experience of Sales-I or other CRM systems is advantageous
