  • preparing new jobs using the job tracker
  • populating basic information on RIBA Quality plan/PQP
  • inputting new jobs in the office programme with associated fees in preparation for Monday staff meetings
  • general Management – oversee the day to day running of the office including stock control, up-keep and general tidying
  • support the financial team with inputting and sharing invoices on the pricing spreadsheet
  • awards Management – lead on award programme
  • events & PR Management – lead on all marketing and advertising aspects
  • directors PA – support the directors with a forward-thinking proactive attitude
