- previous experience of working in a similar role in the housebuilding would be a distinct advantage

- good relations with our customers and residents after they have moved in are fundamental to our reputation and long-term success
- the successful candidate will work as part of a team, and liaise with our Clients and internally Soft Landscaping, Fencing and Maintenance Divisions and Sales
Requirements
- full driving License
- experience of supervising a team
- some experience/knowledge of the housebuilding industry
- experience in using CRM software
- excellent negotiating skills and financial awareness
- responsibility for department KPIs & profitability focused in the department
- customer Service: 1 year
