Responsibility

  • keep the office, kitchen and toilet areas looking presentable
  • provide ‘front of house’ response to any in person visits, deliveries etc
  • prepare refreshments for visitor meetings and events
  • set up 11am tea break for co-owners
  • coordinate and clear team lunches
  • coordinating the purchase of office consumables
  • help with implementing actions arising from office H&S & fire risk assessments
  • liaise with cleaning company
