Working hours

Responsibility

  • compilation of planning application drawings and documents
  • production and development of construction drawings
  • continuous development of libraries and templates
  • ensuring risk, quality and best practice guidelines are met

Requirements

  • demonstrate competence and experience within RIBA stages 2-5
  • strong technical and detailing skills
  • experience working within residential and care home sectors
  • good understanding of the relationship between design concept and detailed delivery
  • track record of detailing
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • good knowledge of modern methods of construction including but not limited to ICF and SIP panel construction
  • good organisation skills, particularly time and project management
