- full use of the Traffic Management System - full training will be given
- manage and produce core customers KPI's
- scanning of all job POD's into the Mandata system
- answer telephones and deal with any administrative queries
- book customers orders vis phone/email and update system.Ensure that the customer is kept fully informed

- support weekly invoicing for the Depot
- complete customer reports daily/weekly
Requirements
- communicate in a professional manner at all times with customers/suppliers/business contacts via email and telephone
- assist colleagues in providing cover with other roles within the department as and when reasonably requested by your Manager
- ability to communicate well both orally and in writing
