ARC MONITORING is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • the current team is comprised of one Team Leader and three Customer Service Administrators
  • arc provides services to system installers across the country, as well as direct users
  • the role will focus on the more complex customer enquiries and help the team establish process control
  • the Senior Customer Service Administrator will join our friendly and close-knit customer services team at our well established Alarm Receiving Centre based in Bristol
  • the customer services team are responsible for all incoming communications from customers and applying updates, adding new connections and responding to questions
