Working hours

Responsibility
- assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, setting up barriers, and erecting temporary structures
- handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas
- support tradespeople and contractors by providing them with necessary tools and equipment
- perform basic manual tasks such as digging trenches, mixing cement, and carrying heavy objects
- operate small hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines
- maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, removing debris, and disposing of waste
- follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role or within the construction industry is preferred
- physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
- knowledge of basic construction techniques and familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to follow them diligently
- strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A valid CSCS card
- flexibility to work at different sites across the UK as per project requirements
