advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges is the Centre of Procurement Expertise for, and owned jointly by, all of Scotland's Universities and Colleges; we provide a wide range of procurement / supply chain related shared services both as a central team and embedded within our client Universities and Colleges throughout Scotland
we currently employ around 90 people, many of whom are based in Colleges and Universities but with some based in our regional offices in Stirling , Glasgow and Edinburgh

undertake / oversee Contract & Supplier management in partnership with stakeholders across QMU
coordinate a procurement network within QMU of people involved in devolved operation procurement activity / procurement process gatekeeping
Requirements
excellent stakeholder skills
significant EU & PRA procurement legislation experience
circa £50,000 approx per annum
customer-centric approach
any cost-of-living increases are normally awarded on 1st August each year
good level of commercial acumen
strong understanding of sustainability / responsible procurement issues
