- to handle inbound calls from both direct clients & travel agents in a professional manner
- accountable for booking a range of holiday types across multiple destinations for both River Cruise & Land Touring
- to deliver exceptional customer service at all times to excel business service target
- handling high end bookings & repeat clients
- to manage the Customer Service & Sales emails by responding within the expected time frame with excellent written communication skills
- demonstrate the ability to multi-task between calls, emails & other operational tasks assigned to you
- aspire to a right first time outcome for customers such that the number of customer contacts are minimized
- capable in managing Pre-Departure Courtesy calls & provide updates to affected bookings
Requirements
- minimum of 1 year travel industry experience
- GDS Knowledge
- strong sales skills in a telephone sales environment
- exceptional customer service skills
- confident with Microsoft programmes
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to work in a pressured environment
- excellent organizational skills
