Responsibility

  • we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team in Fazakerley, Liverpool
  • this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Learner Services Team, whilst gaining a national Apprenticeship qualification
  • A wealth of experience is not required for this role; however, we are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual
  • team morale and fun are also extremely important as is someone who pays attention to detail and has good IT skills
  • due to business growth, this role will provide both versatility and opportunity for future progression
  • supporting the Operations coordinator in data entry and submission, ensuring 100% accuracy
  • registering apprentices for their training courses and learning platforms
  • booking of exams, exam invigilation when required, and sending out exam results, sorting certificates
