Responsibility
- processing all incoming sales orders, able to maintain our excellent reputation for great service and products. Monitoring and personally overseeing all customer orders so they are shipped and delivered on time as per the customer requests
- raising sales invoices once orders have been fulfilled, each customer account is dealt with as per their specific requirement with varying batch allocating and invoicing methods
- check all incoming invoices from various suppliers/partners, monitoring cost and reducing overheads where possible
