Requirements

  • refrigeration/F-Gas certificate would be an advantage
  • ex-Military encouraged to apply
  • MUST have two years of minimum experience in mechanical or electrical industries
  • hold a UK Full Drivers licence
  • prepared to be trained on various appliance types, including washing machines, cookers, ovens, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, hobs, extractors etc
  • good communicator with customer service skills
  • organised and disciplined with a positive attitude
  • good IT skills

Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for ordering all your parts and booking return calls to fit these parts
  • this flexibility allows you to work weekly based on completed calls, not hours worked
  • this role is an ideal and exciting opportunity for motivated, organised, experienced, and professional individuals looking to enhance their careers and receive training in appliance repairs
  • benefits include independent working, therefore suited to those who want to be their own manager, scheduling their own diary and customers daily, and much more
  • upon training completion, you will run your area by answering all incoming customer calls and emails to your business mobile and booking these calls on a date and time that suits you
  • the working week is Monday to Friday, and you will be under contract to do a minimum of 6 paid calls a day, 30 paid calls per week, initially, three calls a day after training
