Responsibility
- we are ideally looking for a start within the next few weeks, but willing to wait for the right candidate
- we are looking for a new Property Manager to join our team. We are offering this position on a full-time, permanent basis working from our office, based in Grantham
- you MUST have a full UK driving license and your own car as you would be required to travel to our properties across the Midlands. Fuel is covered
Show more +7 - moving out: ensuring exchange of keys and return of deposit in principle
- marketing: Primarily through use of internet, send and reply emails, call potential tenants, filter them and arrange viewings. Other methods as required
- maintenance: correcting any damage/wear and tear to houses. Gardening and cleaning: managing and monitoring outside contractors
- paperwork: Ensuring all paperwork is present, correct and filed
- viewings: Arrange appointments, prepare in advance for viewing, show room, complete documentation
- moving in: Meet new tenant at house and complete paperwork and financial transaction, handover keys. Virtual check-in if required
- banking: of deposits and first month’s rent, returning of deposits. Accounting of petty cash expenses
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- excellent time management and organisation skills
- be able to deal with challenging circumstances confidently at both tenant and landlord level

- property Management experience is preferred, however administration / office experience is essential
