- create and prepare high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards

- adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant setting
- culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations and preferably Marston's Menu's
- leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate kitchen staff
- attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes
