  • apple Fundraising Consultants are seeking an Executive PA for the Director of a client organisation that focuses on statecraft, diplomacy and political thought
  • job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
  • in addition to to its work supporting political thought and publishing books and articles broaching political themes, the client routinely hosts events that bring together significant numbers of high-profile political figures and thinkers to discuss prominent themes in contemporary statecraft and diplomatic affairs
  • the post holder should undertake such other duties within the scope of the post as may be reasonably requested by their manager
  • overseeing all activity related to the Director’s workload and travel plans in addition to assisting with the planning, development, management, and execution of company events
  • from time to time there may be some changes in the emphasis to the duties or tasks without altering their general character or the level of responsibility

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Requirements

  • undergraduate degree
  • exceptional organisational skills and experience of managing correspondence and organising wider personal and social affairs
  • proven excellent written and presentation skills in a range of formats, including letters and briefings
  • five years of experience of working as a personal assistant
  • excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a small team in a fast moving environment
  • understanding of effective diary management, event project management, and forward planning
  • detail-orientated with the ability to multi-task across different projects and events in parallel
  • familiarity with arranging a wide range of activities and working with the travel and hospitality industries
