Responsibility
build and manage a balanced and sustainable sales pipeline in accordance with the new business strategy
manage new client relationships to ensure an excellent customer experience
working with the Sales and Marketing team, contribute to sales and marketing campaigns
carry out regular sales forecasts and analysis and present the findings to senior management
ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate information including enquiries, pipeline, opportunities etc
research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
as we are a small team you will be expected to support other team members as required and carry out any other duties as requested from time to time
Requirements
we have an exciting position for two experienced B2B Business Development professionals
experience in B2B business development/sales with a track record of selling solutions within organisations and at senior management level
an ability to develop, maintain and build upon strong client relationships is essential
tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
experienced and successful in cold calling
confident in selling, negotiating and influencing with a drive to achieve strong customer focus and experience in all solutions
excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
skilled at negotiation with excellent influencing skills
