act as the Digital Quality lead, controlling the voice and message of interactions with customer technical teams executing a consultative selling process
train and Coach internal Account Executives concerning new products and solutions

you hold a university degree, preferably in IT, Software Engineering, Business administration or a related field
experience working and communicating directly with Managers, Directors, VP and C-Level personnel
ability to quickly review customer’s products to build knowledge and determine special needs

you have experience with value selling
you are self-motivated and you can respond to the needs of others with a can-do attitude
you have gained a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role as a Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant or in a similar role for digital products such as apps, web solutions or a SaaS platform
you are willing to travel within Europe up to 30% of time
experience with ROI and pricing calculations is a plus, as well as first experience in the software development or testing area

you have an exceptionally strong track-record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
you have demonstrated strong negotiation, strategic account planning and communication skills at client’s C-level in your past positions
you are familiar with consultative selling methodologies, experience of MEDDICC or Sandler sales methodology or similar would be an advantage

you possess a high degree of customer orientation and are able to respond specifically to the needs of others
you have gained a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B-sales of products/solutions in the digital industry, at a SaaS provider or in the IT-industry
you know how to identify and qualify a lead, find the right people to speak to in the organization, show them the benefits of working with Applause and establish a long-lasting customer-relationship
